Can you count on water?

In previous attempts to save money, I’ve brought 2-liter bottles of Mountain Dew to work. The only problem was that I could never count on there actually being ice in the ice machine. Today in an effort to be more healthy, I was just going to drink water. Turns out I can’t even count on water coming out of the drinking fountain to fill up my bottle. How pathetic is it that I can’t even count on having WATER at work?
